Super Simple Peanut Butter Cookies!

On these snowy days when we are stuck inside, I'm always trying to find something fun to do with my almost 3 years old. But I don't always have a ton of ingredients on hand so finding those special recipes that only require a few ingredients is key when you can't get out of the house to the store.
This recipe is the easiest recipe I have ever done! Just 3 ingredients! Yes, 3! And I am 100% you have them all (especially moms out there!)
Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, stir together 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 egg until smooth. (I like to let the little guy "help" mix)
Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet. (If you don't mind the mess, let your little one roll the dough into bricks with their hands!)
Press down with the back of a fork and then press again from the opposite direction, to form the criss-cross pattern on top.
Bake for 12 minutes and let finish cooling. Store in an airtight container.
