It's usually being consumed by multiple things at a time (kids, pets, work, school, friends, family, money, etc.), which can lead to burnout if it (your brain) never gets a break.
We want to help you with mental overload!
The team at Be.Stabl has worked tirelessly to create and curate a ton of content we think you'll love!
We want you to take 5, 10, maybe even 30 minutes a week to absorb just ONE thing at a time. Calm your mind, put on some comfy pants, grab your favorite drink or snack, and hang out with us for a few!
Take this time to let your brain do just ONE thing. Follow a guided meditation, listen to an episode of our podcast where we chat with kick-ass people, or browse one of our favorite places to expand your knowledge.

Be.Stabl is VERY passionate about movement. All kinds of movement. Yoga, dance, aerial yoga, Lyra, running, HIIT, stretching, bodybuilding, and even mud runs!
Our dance and yoga backgrounds have taught us the importance of taking care of your body through physical movement. That's why it is one of the core principles of our program.
The benefits of moving every day, even if it's for 20 minutes are massive!
Just a simple Google search will tell you that movement can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores. Sounds like a dream, right?
Our live classes and growing archive of fitness and movement videos are meant to help you shake your groove thang a few days a week! Choose a style and amount of time that works for you and just jump in. No judgment, no expertise needed!
The variety of classes we offer are meant to keep you motivated to keep going and avoid boredom. 10-minute abs, 30-minute strength training, 20 minutes of high-intensity interval training, 15-minute gentle stretch, we will cover it all!
